Mill Ridge Condominiums is located at 4831 E Olive Rd, Pensacola, FL 32514 and consists of (16) townhome units.  The Association is a non-profit entity registered in Florida. Built in 1981, these structures have wood siding, shingle roofs, enclosed garages, and fireplaces for each unit.  Common elements include:

  ALERT!  

Florida Law requires that all owners notify potential members as to the existence of an Association.  Millridge Condominium Association, Inc. is a mandatory association subject to the payment of an assessment.  As of September 1, 2007 the monthly fee is $150 per month, due on or before the 10th of month.  The late payment is $10 plus 18% interest until the balance is paid.  A Special Assessment is scheduled for January, 2008 in the amount of $1,000.00 per unit.  All members are required to receive a Certification from the Association prior to transfer.  This Certification is $35 and payable to the Management Company.
